– Your views will help the research team to understand the potential impact of the Life on the Breadline website resources. 

– Your answers may be used to report on the progress and impact of the Life on the Breadline research. 

– You have the choice of whether you would like your name and position to be given and used, or if you would like to be referred to anonymously. 

– The data that you provide in this survey will be stored securely in a password protected online SharePoint folder on the website of Coventry University.
